Heather works in the powerhouse at the Rotorua Youth Centre as Business Manager. This means she and her team are responsible for making sure the organisation runs like a well-oiled machine. They manage day to day resources and protocols needed that help to push toward financial, operational and strategic objectives.

Kia ora! Steve Holmes here! I have been working with youth for about 25 years both as a youth worker and in youth development management. My job includes ensuring that all of our programmes achieve the best outcomes for our rangatahi.
