Jen is originally from Scotland and been in New Zealand since 2004 working in several leadership/management roles in health, not-for-profit, local authority and education sectors.
Jen has extensive experience in the public health, health promotion and community/youth development sector
and brings to our organisation a passion for young people, a passion for social justice and a passion for building on peoples strengths for positive outcomes.

They manage day to day resources and protocols needed that help to push toward financial, operational and strategic objectives.
